works at Renit.
We’re the matchmakers. You tell us what you have, and we find people who want to rent it.
You set the rent and the deposit, and you finalise every booking.
Listing your item.
Share product details.
Send us the details of the products you want to rent out: photos, condition, specs and so on.
Get a minimum rental estimate.
Based on demand and similar listed products, we’ll share the minimum rent you can expect for your products.
You stay in control.
You decide the final rent and deposit. We only give you a suggested minimum to help guide you.
Give us a go-ahead.
If you’re okay with the estimate, we’ll start pitching your products to potential customers.
When a customer is interested.
Customer interest.
If a customer confirms, we’ll connect you with them directly.
Screening customers.
You’ll need to screen and finalise the booking yourself. While we try to pre-screen customers for safety, we are not liable for any post-rental issues or damages.
KYC to help you screen customers.
To ensure safe rentals, most owners follow these steps:
- KYC of the customer: Aadhaar verification and a copy of their PAN card.
- Address verification: a copy of any utility bill, or of the rental agreement if the customer’s address is temporary.
- A refundable security deposit.
What it costs.
No charges from us.
As of now, we don’t charge any fee for listing your products or connecting you with customers. We’re just the matchmakers.
